What motivates you to pursue nursing and/or fields that involve helping others?

Nursing has become a high in demand career and with so many wanting to pursue it, there has been an increase in applicants. The number is only growing and so are the expectations. Before becoming committed to the information filled courses, consider what motivates you to pursue a demanding career. Is it your fascination of the human body, a past medical experience, or is it the rewarding feeling of helping others? Remember what first made you want to pursue it and hold on to it forever because you will need that to keep you motivated on those long nights of studying.
